There’s something magical about spring in Richmond. The air gets a little warmer, the days a little longer—and then, almost overnight, the cherry blossoms burst into bloom, transforming parks and pathways into cotton-candy wonderlands.

This year’s cherry blossom mini sessions were absolutely dreamy. We were blessed with soft golden light, perfect blooms, and the sweetest families and couples who came out to capture the season. From giggling toddlers to couples wrapped up in love, every session was filled with genuine moments, laughter, and plenty of petal confetti.

One of the standout locations this spring was the Cherry Blossom trees right near Cary Town—a true gem for spring photos. With its winding paths, blooming trees, and golden sunset, it gave every image that soft, ethereal glow that makes spring photos so irresistible.


These minis flew by in the best way, and seeing so many familiar faces (and some new ones!) made the sessions even more special. It's always such an honor to capture your milestones—whether it’s a first spring as a family, a new engagement, or just a chance to freeze time with the ones you love.
